  • 8 oz cream cheese softened

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar for topping

Instructions
 

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.

Step 2: Layer the Crescent Roll Dough

  • Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish.

Step 3: Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom crescent roll layer.

Step 4: Add the Top Layer & Cinnamon Sugar

  • Place the second crescent roll sheet on top, pressing the seams together.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.

Step 5: Bake & Cool

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Let it cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm or chilled.
